There are two methods for finding out what appointments were cancelled for a given date-
- The Cancelled Appointments Report in the Green Reporting tab
- The Records Dashboard in the Yellow Dashboard tab
Only the Cancelled Appointments report includes the information as to why a person was listed as having cancelled.
