Passwords are case sensitive. Please first check you have first cleared your cache and then entered your password using correct upper and lower cases.
ezyVet Support is not authorized to make any changes to certain data on your site; this data includes passwords, system settings, user accounts, products, and financial records so your password can not be reset by Support.
Only your clinic's management or administrative staff can make these changes, so please get in touch with them to assist with this. If needed, we can provide them with further direction.

If you are the clinics management or administrative staff (i.e. a practice manager with the correct permissions) you can reset the user account password of a person who uses their ezyVet site. As a result, ezyVet tells the person to enter a new password when they try to sign in.
This can be achieved through the red Admin>Users/Resources tab
