If you currently use Gravity as your payment host then this will need to be treated as a manual payment within the terminal and then manually updated in ezyVet as it is not currently in our existing payment integrations.
Gravity is not an authorized integrated partner with ezyVet, therefore we are unable to assist with troubleshooting or queries related to Gravity. All Gravity queries should be sent to your Gravity support team.

We aim to keep ezyVet safe for everyone, and security is of utmost priority. To do this we carefully review and approve all equipment, software and tools before they are permitted to integrate with ezyVet. This ensures your ezyVet site and its integrations will continue to be fully supported and work as expected.
We do advise that your should not install or use unauthorized integrations.
Unauthorized integrations may:
- Break your ezyVet site
- Bypass ezyVet security
- Share your customer and financial data with third parties
