If we use Financial Lockdown, what happens if an invoice does need to be changed?

There are several options you can use - such as making a Credit Note, and Payment refund, or you can temporarily lift Financial Lockdown.

*Please note - If you are part of an Enterprise Group, only your Head Office can decide if Financial Lockdown can be lifted so you would need to redirect your requests to your Head Office team*
