This error occurs because the add-on diagnostic test isn’t linked properly to the original diagnostic test request. Add-ons must be included in the initial test request—they can’t be sent separately or later.
To request an add on after the original diagnostic request has been sent, you will need to contact IDEXX Customer Support with the initial reference number of the request and the name of the add on.
