My diagnostics result returned to ezyVet under the wrong patient? How do I correct the diagnostic result to the correct patient?

To correctly reassign a diagnostics result to the correct patient you can go into the returned result and click on the patient name field, and select the correct patient.


You will then be able to update the correct Consult, Vet and request fields.
