If you need to schedule a callback for a patient for any reason where an Automated Communication task is not autogenerating it, you can use the Callback button function (found in Clinical records, Patient records or Contact records) to generate a New Client Communication.
When created this callback task will be found on the Yellow Communication Tab to action.
