How to restart the Idexx Cloud Plugin and Idexx Interlink programs

  • Two programs need to be up an running on your computer for a successful connection between ezyVet and your in-house Idexx analyzers: 'Idexx Interlink' and 'Idexx Cloud Plugin'

1. Resave the Cloud Plugin - Locate the following icon on your computer

Open the Plugin, click "General and IVLS Settings" and select "Save".
