How does the integration work?

How to connect the integration

1. Ensure you have signed up for VetSuccess membership

2. Log into ezyVet

3. Navigate to Admin > Integration 

4. Under the Integrations

5. Search for the API Partner Integration and select 'VetSuccess' and Save



6. Under Scopes, click Select All to enable all available scopes. (IMPORTANT: Please ensure all the scopes are enabled, otherwise some VetSuccess reports may potentially fail to generate or be partially complete.)



7. Hit Save.

8. Click Download Credentials to download the .txt file containing the Client ID and Client Secret


9. Once you have signed up to VetSuccess, email the .txt file containing the client credentials to partnersupport@vetsuccess.com 



10. The VetSuccess team will then get connected to your data and start organising and categorising your practice codes.



11. Within about a week, you will receive a welcome email asking you to set your password, login to your dedicated portal, and view your first reports.


12. Each month, you will receive a notification email when your monthly reports are ready for viewing within your portal.

How to disconnect the integration

The integration can be removed by logging into ezyVet, selecting Integrations under Admin, selecting VetSuccess and clicking "Disable".
