There are currently three ways to send postcards to your clients via ezyVet:
1) Postcards created on ezyVet, printed and automatically sent by Integration
If you are based in the US, the easiest way to use postcards is via the US Postcard integration. This allows you to generate postcard reminders and send them out automatically as part of an automated task. For more information on how to set this up, please see the help guide "Postcard Integration Part 1 - Set up and Configuration".
2) Postcards created on ezyVet, printed and manually sent by a third party provider
You can export postcard communications via the Records Dashboard on ezyVet and forward this information (contact addresses and reminder text) to a third party provider. The third party provider will then create and send the postcards out on your behalf. 3) Postcards created on ezyVet, printed in-house and sent out manually from your clinic
This is the most manual of all options and will require you to create, format, and print the postcards in-house yourself. For more information on this, please see help guide "Printing Postcards in-house".
