The IDEXX US Team are currently performing scheduled maintenance on the Vetconnect integration between IDEXX and ezyVet.

The Vetconnect US portal will likely be down during this time.

The IDEXX team have advised all will be active again by 12am EST.


During this time, you will be unable to access the portal, send diagnostic requests and receive diagnostic results into the system.

Once the maintenance is complete the requests and results will sync again as usual and your results that would have been processed during the down time should flow back into your ezyVet system s normal.
