How to create a new appointment in ezyVet Go
1. On the calendar, tap on the time slot for when you want the appointment to start, OR tap on the calendar icon on the bottom right side of the screen. (calendar icon with a '+').
2. Fill out the following details of the New Appointment screen:
a. Appointment Type: This will default to your default appointment type. To change this, tap on the current appointment type and select from the list.
b. Date: Tap on the current date to change the appointment date. This will bring up a calendar view to select a new date.
c. Time: Tap on the current time to change the appointment start time. First, select whether the appointment is AM or PM. Then select the hour and the minute.
d. Finish: Tap on the current time to change the appointment end time.
e. Resource: tap on the current resource to change the appointment resource.
f. Patient: Tap on the 'No patient selected' to select a patient for the appointment.
g. Presenting Problem: Tap on the 'N/A' to select a presenting problem.
h. Reason for Appointment: Tap on the empty Reason for Appointment field to add enter a reason. This will give you a free-type box.
3. Tap ADD APPOINTMENT at the bottom right side of the screen.
